Are your acrylic brushes getting hard and 'gunky'? STOP using acetone and monomer to clean your brushes! Acetone dries out the kolinsky bristles which causes the it to fall apart and break. Monomer and powder creates a substance which is known as acrylic. Soaking your brush in monomer does not clean the brush however will make your brush even harder as more acrylic is formed.
