Shipping Policy

We DO NOT ship international. We will ship to Continuous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses using USPS, FedEX or UPS. Large items and orders may be shipped via freight. Free shipping only applies to continuous U.S.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 PM CST are typically shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM CST through Sunday are typically shipped by the following Monday or Tuesday. In the rare event that we are out-of-stock, customer will be notified via email.

Our automated computer shipping system uses the address that you provided via your checkout. We do not make any manual changes to your address. You are responsible for the address that you provide us. If a package does not get delivered due to an invalid shipping address we are not responsible. If a package is returned back to us by the shipper, we can re-ship for additional shipping charge. If you do not wish for the package to be re-shipped we will issue a refund less shipping cost.

Shipping Damage and Order Discrepancies

We will work with you to resolve shipping damage and/or order discrepancies to your complete satisfaction either by replacement or full refund. Shipping damage and/or order discrepancies must be reported to us via email within 24 hours of receiving package. Please email pictures to us and we will resolve issue promptly.

A return authorization number must be obtained from us before sending products back to us. Packages sent to us without return authorization number written on the outside of the box will be refused and returned back to you.
