Return Policy
Your 100% satisfaction is very important to us because we value you as a customer. We work very hard to ensure that your shopping experience with us is an enjoyable one from start to finish. If the item is damaged by shipping or have manufacture defect, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Items damaged by misuse are not returnable. Damaged, incorrect or defective item must be reported to us via email within 48 business hours of confirmed delivery. No exceptions. Please note that the term "Defective" refers to out-of-box defects only. Any other defects, flaws or product failure would fall under Warranty. Due to the health nature of our products all sales are final.
All returns must have an RMA number issued by us. Please contact us for an RMA number. Items returned without RMA number written on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to sender. Returned items must be within 30 days of shipment. Returned items must be in same condition that you received it in with all original box, packaging, printed and digital instructions, parts, accessories and free promotional items. Returned items that are not as same condition and missing above items will be refused and no refund or exchange will be given.
We will process and issue refund within 7 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your billing cycle it may take two billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement.
Nails Plus reserves the right to change what can or cannot be returned at its sole discretion. Nails Plus reserves the right to deny any return at its sole discretion. Additional exclusions may apply.
